Our client is a leading medium-sized logistics company with approximately 700 employees located in Coopersburg, PA.

As part of the management team, you can expect a responsible and exciting leadership role in an international and dynamic work environment with plenty of room for creativity.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for strategic, operational, and customeroriented design of human resources work.
Ensuring competent advice for executives and employees in all change processes and human resourcesrelated issues.
Creating a highperformance environment through efficient talent and performance management and establishing a trusting leadership culture.
HR projects (flexibility initiatives, payroll conversion, further development of personnel cost planning).
Involvement in labor law issues in coordination with the legal department.
Responsible for successful and trusting cooperation with the works council.
Involvement in the global HR community, as well as global HR topics (departmentspecific analyses, talent identification and development).
Leading a team of 67 HR employees and promoting team development.

Qualifications:

Experience in managing a modern HR team in a dynamic and changing environment.
Proven experience in the logistics or production industry, or similar.
Extensive experience in areas such as leadership and employee support, personnel planning, personnel administration, recruiting, personnel development, and compensation & benefits.
Experienced in working with works councils.
Confident, pragmatic approach with a strong ability to implement and a cando mentality.
Excellent communication and consulting skills at all levels, as well as strong social skills
