Together with the city of Regensburg shaping the future

We are looking for a music teacher (m/f/d) for recorder classes for the Office of Musical Education.

The Office of Musical Education is located in the House of Music, one of the most central places in the city.

The Sing and Music School, the Early Musical Education and the Cantemus Choir teach approximately 3,800 students weekly.

Learning an instrument is equally valued alongside musical fundamentals and singing and making music together in ensembles, orchestras and choirs.

Cooperation with other educational institutions, especially all-day facilities, artists and musical institutions is becoming increasingly important.

Position:
EG 9a/ 9b TVöD

Duration:
Temporary replacement until

Working hours:
Part-time with 8 teaching hours, holiday surplus is proportionally converted to 2 hours for full-time employment

What are your main tasks?

Group lessons in recorder
Performing associated tasks
Collaboration with other departments at the Sing and Music School according to the criteria "Quality System Music School" (QSM), especially the Cantemus Choir

Changes to the area of responsibility are reserved.

What are we looking for?

Application requirements:

Music degree from a music university, academy, vocational school for music, or a comparable institution in the field of recorder
Primary school teacher (m/f/d) with a focus on music (
