Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) in the industrial sector

What tasks can you expect?

Monitoring project requirements and completing daily tasks
Communicating and negotiating with suitable internal and external stakeholders
Assisting with the consultation and monitoring of trade contracts and traderelated documentation
Ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries
Acting as the central point of contact for customers and responsible for coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborating with the sales team to create offers, proposals, and technical solutions for customers through internal coordination with each plant
Responding to inquiries
Forwarding leads and inquiries to the sales team
Working closely with the Sales Director to ensure compliance with the defined sales strategy
Obtaining quotes for various products and spare parts
Updating customer data and offer information in ERP and Salesforce systems
