Automotive Salesperson in Vehicle Damage Assessment for Insurance Companies (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Comprehensive telephone and electronic recording of damage reports for insurance companies
Plausibility check of reported damages
Selection and commissioning of suitable cooperation partners (car workshops and car rental companies)
Contacting all parties involved in national and international vehicle damage cases
Documentation of communication with workshops, insurance companies, and customers

Your profile:

Commercial training, preferably in the fields of insurance/banking, automotive/leasing and car rental business, vehicle damage management, or traffic law
Even career changers with an interest in telephone customer service in vehicle damage management will be qualified for the position through an intensive training program
You are friendly and confident in dealing with our customers and convince with a high level of service orientation
Whether in a team or alone you are organized, open to new things, and approach your future tasks with enthusiasm
