AERQ, located in Sargent, TX, is a joint venture between LG Electronics and Lufthansa Technik that focuses on digitalizing the airplane cabin.

We are currently seeking a:

Material and Production Planner (M/F/d):

to join our Production and Supply Chain team.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Planning and managing production orders and work plans in our ERP system
  • Developing, optimizing, and implementing production flows to meet targets
  • Analyzing data to improve production processes and data quality
  • Setting up and maintaining material master data
  • Managing material availability for production in collaboration with other departments
  • Defining and implementing strategies for efficient and reliable material management
  • Managing logistics and supply chain for production, including customs processes
  • Supporting the production manager with staff capacity planning

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has completed vocational training in a technical field, preferably electronics
  • Has several years of experience in parts/component manufacturing, maintenance, aircraft maintenance, or a similar role
  • Has knowledge of business basics and ideally aviation legislation
