We are looking for you to join our team at our Dortmund location as soon as possible as a Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time.


Your responsibilities:


  • Responsible for maintaining master data, prices, and conditions
  • Price calculation
  • Creating statistics
  • Processing complaints
  • First point of contact for customers
  • Liaison between customers, sales team, and logistics
  • Support for the sales management
  • Invoicing and monitoring of agreements
  • General correspondence

Your profile:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of professional experience
  • You have experience in customer contact
  • You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working
  • In addition to organizational skills, you have a high level of commitment and work together
