Your Responsibilities

  • You will develop standards and specifications for modernization projects in the field of energy efficiency and the use of renewable supply technologies
  • You actively participate in the continuous optimization of system concepts, data models, processes, and digital tools
  • You consider buildings and neighborhoods from different perspectives in order to competently assess which technologies and measures should be implemented on Vonovia's path towards a climate-neutral building stock
  • You balance technical requirements, economic implementation, and sustainability/environmental awareness, and demonstrate this in the implementation of innovative pilot projects
  • You bring in your strengths as a liaison between departments, management, and external partners, and engage in proactive stakeholder management and smooth project communication
  • Your interest in the use of innovative, bio-based building materials as well as life cycle assessment/circular economy rounds off your area of expertise

Your Profile

  • You have completed a degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field, or are about to graduate
  • You have professional experience in the successful use or planning of forward-looking technologies and measures that lead to a permanent reduction of CO2 emissions in buildings
  • You have a strong understanding of technical relationships in connection with relevant laws and standards, and are passionate about your
