What to expect from us...

  • You support your colleagues with on-site and remote software and hardware-related issues
  • You install and maintain PCs, laptops, mobile devices, as well as printers and copiers
  • You install and maintain servers (server, storage, backup) and our network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewall, WLAN)
  • You provide software support (MS Office 365 and in the Apple environment) with the support of our offshore team in India
  • You coordinate, plan, and project new hardware and software

What we expect from you...

  • You are an enrolled student in the field of computer science and have a high affinity for IT and technology
  • You have excellent knowledge of the following operating systems: Windows Server from 2012, Apple
