Your Future. What to Expect

Technical and organizational leadership, guidance, and motivation of the associated team
Control, planning, and monitoring of operational processes from supply control to picking and packaging of small parts
Interface and first point of contact for the foreman and assigned employees
Representation of the other shift leaders in the overall warehouse area
Coordination with upstream and downstream areas such as goods receipt and other warehouse areas
Identification of potential for improvement and optimization

Your Profile. What You Bring

Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics (warehouse specialist, warehouse logistics specialist, or equivalent)
First experience in leading employees
Teamwork skills and enjoyment of working with people
Experience with ERP systems and WM systems desirable
Forklift license required, crane license desirable
Willingness to work flexible hours (day shift)
