BDV Branchen-Daten-Verarbeitung GmbH develops software solutions for document management in medium-sized companies and tax firms, as well as practice management for dental practices and clinics.

Our services range from organizational consulting to the development, installation, and maintenance of software solutions, as well as the delivery and commissioning of suitable hardware components and peripherals.

Our company, headquartered in Holzwickede, North Rhine-Westphalia, employs around 40 people and has been operating in the German market for over 40 years.

To strengthen our DMS service team, we are currently looking for a:

Application Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Profile:

You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT assistant, IT system management clerk, or have equivalent qualifications/experience
You have previous experience in software installation/configuration and user support
You are proficient in MS Office applications and ideally have basic knowledge of SQL databases
You are communicative, a team player, and customeroriented
In addition, we expect a willingness to travel and a high level of initiative

Your Tasks:

Installation and configuration of our DMS software solutions and, if necessary, complementary scanner solutions onsite or online at the customer's location
Conducting user training/sessions
Ongoing support and advice for our customers on all questions and issues related to our DMS solutions onsite, over the phone
