Your tasks:


  • CAD design and milling of injection molding inserts from aluminum
As a service provider in rapid tooling, we specialize in the production of plastic prototypes using original materials.

Based on 3D input data, we design tool inserts for our special core tool system. We manufacture the inserts using high-speed milling from high-strength aluminum. After assembling the tools, we sample them on our own injection molding machines for our customers.

This allows us to produce small, medium, and pre-series of ,000 parts from all common plastics. Our customers come from all common technical fields such as automotive, electronics, aviation, and packaging industries.
