We are currently seeking communicative and service-oriented customer advisors (m/f/d) for the department of shipping and returns management at William Paterson University of New Jersey, NJ.


Your responsibilities:


  • Processing written and telephone customer inquiries
  • Providing information on existing contracts, invoices, and the delivery status of ordered hardware
  • Concluding the handling of requests for exchanges, returns, and replacements of defective hardware
  • Managing logistical processes and communicating with shipping service providers
  • Documenting and tracking shipping history
