Residential Youth Services in Group Service

Start date: from

Working hours: Fulltime, 39 hours/week
Qualifications: Educator, BA in Social Work, Diploma in Social Pedagogy, Special Education Teacher (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, child-oriented employee for our children's group home in Viersen.

The children's age range is between 4 and 12 years old, and the group size consists of 9 children who are cared for around the clock by 4.5 pedagogues.

The new employee should bring:

Reliability, ability to communicate, empathy, enjoyment of working with children and adolescents, structure, an eye for tasks, no fear of non-routine tasks, creativity, openness, collegiality.

You should enjoy organizing, improvising, and being flexible. In our field, general office work and household tasks are also part of the job.
