We are looking for a long-term:
Salesperson (m/f/d)
for our client in Essen, TN in full-time and part-time
Your daily tasks:
- You are the first point of contact for our customers via written and telephone communication
- You handle all customer inquiries regarding orders, products, returns, and other related topics in a professional and efficient manner, both independently and as part of a team
- You are responsible for our internal ticketing system, where you document all inquiries in a structured manner and ensure that tickets are processed quickly and in a customeroriented manner
- You act as a liaison and competent contact person for all other central sales service departments
- You strive for continuous development and improvement of existing customer care processes
What you bring:
- Experience in telephone sales and service is an advantage
- Independent work style and strong communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken German skills
- Positive and trustworthy personality
- High affinity for customer service
- Strong organizational skills and selfinitiative
