Your future role

Receiving customer inquiries and working independently with other departments involved
Creating project schedules in close collaboration with the customer, relevant FEP departments, and suppliers if necessary
Monitoring project progress and developing corrective measures for any deviations
Providing technical support to the project team, including visits to customers and suppliers
Realizing development tasks for product conception, implementation, and maintenance, including participation in pre-development or innovation topics
Creating technical specifications for product realization
Designing and calculating products with a focus on vehicle electrical and electronic components
Product optimization and further development based on experience from product testing and series use, and corresponding commissioning
Creating studies, development reports, documentation, operational instructions, and user manuals, including documents for patent applications
Defining the scope of testing to support the project management in measurement and testing tasks
Checking validation plans and evaluating measurement and test results, and transferring them into measures for product optimization

University or technical college degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering, plastics engineering with a specialization in design, product development, or product validation, or similar qualification
Several years of relevant professional experience and extensive knowledge of
