Overview:

Receiving Coordinator is responsible for ensuring products and supplies are loaded, unloaded and received efficiently while adhering to all safety procedures and following regulatory standards:

_ Additional $2.00/hr shift differential_

  • Must be able to work a 12hour shift schedule, including rotating weekends
  • Supports the quality system knowledge including the quality manual, quality policy, and applicable procedures and work instructions
  • Ensures products and supplies are unloaded, received, and loaded on the dock in an efficient, accurate and safe manner
  • Responsible for skid wrapping where required
  • Verifies packing slips for correct products and amounts
  • Completes all necessary paperwork and filing in complete and accurate manner
  • Accurately prints and labels product
  • Coordinates placement of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods in proper location after inspections are completed
  • Weekly/Month-End department cycle counts as required
  • Constant communication with Logistics team and all Production departments
  • Participates positively in department meetings
  • Operates Hi-Lo, pallet jacks and other machinery in a safe manner at all times
  • Reports safety concerns to supervisor
  • Cross trains with Warehouse positions and fills in as needed
  • Maintains and displays strong attendance habits by being present and on time
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree
  • Six months related experience and/or training
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be able to obtain and keep Hi-Lo Certification
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Must be flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to read and interpret various measurement instruments
  • Ability to work in various temperaturecontrolled environments
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
  • Frequently required to talk or hear
  • Frequently required walking and stand
  • Ability to climb a ladder
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
  • Frequently required to push pounds on average on a rolling cart up an incline
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
