MCE Service GmbH is a service provider for a group of companies in Munich. We provide support for medium-sized companies in the media, telecommunications, and energy sectors that operate nationwide.

To strengthen our team in the
energy supply department, we are looking for a full-time
Customer Service Representative for Existing Customers (m/f/d) in Montgomery Creek, CA to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities_

  • You handle incoming customer inquiries
  • You record and update billingrelated customer and contract data
  • You develop customerfriendly solutions, clarify and process complaints
  • You provide information on electricity and gas products, prices, and tariffs

Your qualifications_

  • Excellent knowledge of German is required
  • Commercial training or professional experience in a similar position
  • Goaloriented and independent work style is desirable
  • Confident in telephone customer contact, able to keep a cool head even in challenging situations
  • High level of reliability, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness complete your profile.
