We are looking for a Division Manager of our Concord Kitchen & Design Center location.

Please note:_
- Employee will work mainly in the showroom/office environment but will be responsible for making house calls/jobsite visits.
Kitchen & Bathroom Designer/Sales Responsibilities
- Present a friendly and accommodating atmosphere, helping our customers determine their needs and facilitate their request efficiently and accurately.
- Present a professional appearance and abides by the guidelines outlined in the employee handbook.
- Has full profit and loss responsibility including sales budget and expected gross margins. This will include working with company president to develop yearly business plan and budget.
- Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties. Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
- Supervises, trains, and leads all kitchen designers and administrative staff.
- Must have a good working knowledge of all product lines.
- Responsible for keeping all kitchens, bath and countertop displays current and relevant.
- Manages purchasing and receiving to include invoicing and credits of all Concord Kitchens products sold.
- Maintains showroom and updates displays and product samples as needed.
- Ensures compliance of employees with established security, sales, and recordkeeping procedures and practices.
- Responsible for developing and passing on sales opportunities for other divisions.
- Handles customer's concerns and/or inquiries.
- Responsible for opening and closing of store.
- Responds to fire and burglar alarms.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience as a Kitchen Designer
- 13+ years of management experience
- Demonstrate the ability to read blueprints effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding project management skills.
- Excellent leadership skills and proven experience in leading sales teams and driving them to reach goals.
- Proficient in computer software such as 20/20
- Sound knowledge of building regulations and codes.
- Good working knowledge of available product lines and industry trends
Supervisor Responsibilities
Directly supervises approx employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; reviewing performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Pay:
$65, $85,000.00 per year
