We are looking for a construction project in Forestville, WI.

The land measures 14 meters wide, 40 meters long, and 15 meters at the back, with a total of 611 square meters and a slight downward slope from the street.

Our goal is to maximize views of the vineyard and garden, prioritizing efficiency, safety, and protection against unwanted occupants.


We prefer high ceilings, at least 3 meters in height, a single-story layout, and a construction style similar to the buildings in Menorca, with white walls and wooden beams on the ceiling.


We estimate that a space of 130 to 150 square meters will be sufficient and we are considering the possibility of increasing the width of the entrances for future needs.


We want sliding doors on the interior and French doors that open to the exterior to create an open and minimalist atmosphere.


The layout includes a terrace, pool, kitchen, butler pantry, and a living room that spans the entire width with views of the vineyard.


Then, the layout will narrow slightly and extend in length to include a laundry room of approximately 3x2 meters and a hallway of at least 1.3 meters wide.

The master bedroom should have a bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet.

Additionally, we need a room to be used as a study with space for a vertical piano and two additional bedrooms with a full bathroom between them.
