Minimum qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:


  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
  • 2 years of experience working crossfunctionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  • 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting) working with hardware partners/OEM's.
  • 2 years of experience in software development or engineering, with video conferencing industry knowledge.
  • 1 year of experience in technical leadership.

Google Meet has become an essential Google Workspace app with people returning to offices and the rise of hybrid work has caused the video conferencing space to experience tremendous growth.

The conference room experience is key to growing Workspace customers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customers to conduct meetings in any room size or type. You will drive the development and execution of the hardware strategy and idea.

You will also work with a cross-functional team to launch new hardware offerings, collaborating with industry partners, developing the overall hardware roadmap, and aligning with product managers to ensure a cohesive and distinctive user experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities:


  • Work with engineering, UX, Business development and other crossfunctional peers to launch new hardware offerings and platform features for Google Meet hardware.
  • Collaborate with OEM's in the video conferencing industry for meeting hardware and peripherals, align on joint roadmaps and gotomarket opportunities.
  • Develop and own the overall partner hardware strategy.
  • Collaborate with product managers to ensure alignment between hardware, platforms, and the overall product idea, delivering a distinctive experience that combines features and hardware.
  • Meet regularly with Sales teams and with key Workspace customers to share roadmaps, get feedback, and support their experience with Google Meet hardware.
