Your tasks:

You are the contact person for various internal departments (e.g. warehouse, accounting, purchasing)
You are responsible for order processing, processing and control
You independently handle correspondence with customers via email, telephone and occasionally on site
You are responsible for the disposition of our fasteners in close cooperation with the purchasing department
As a customer service employee (m/f/d), you will support wellknown OEM customers as well as customers in the automotive supplier industry

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification
You already have professional experience in a similar position
You have MS Office skills
Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP and English skills
A structured and organized way of working completes your profile
