Description
Main Responsibilities:
The candidate will provide IT field support, including but not limited to troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues, as well as printers, fax machines, telephone devices, and peripheral devices, and resolving them without violating hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements.
Installation and troubleshooting of typical corporate software/applications such as Adobe and internet browsers.
Installation and troubleshooting of office applications (O365, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Skype, OneDrive).
Configuration and troubleshooting of Apple mobile devices.
Configuration and troubleshooting of printers and VoIP phones.
Support and troubleshooting of A/V equipment in conference rooms.
Support basic on-site activities with racks, patch panels, routers, firewalls, switches, servers, and other enterprise-level hardware under the guidance of remote teams.
Operating system deployment via PXE/USB ISO/Microsoft Configuration Manager.
Take responsibility for incidents and service requests (SRQs) reported by users in the ticket management system.
Ensure that all incidents and SRQs are handled within the established SLA schedules and work is completed satisfactorily to avoid re-opening of tickets.
Review and maintain KB articles.
