The Non-Profit Rheinische Education Center (GRB) is the provider of various educational programs in the fields of school, university, and vocational training.

The goal of all programs is to promote the individual integration success of people of non-German origin through holistic preparatory measures.

The educational institutions include the International Boarding School Bonn, the Studienkolleg Düsseldorf, and the Nursing Academy in Leverkusen.

At the Studienkolleg Düsseldorf, we prepare international applicants who have obtained a university entrance qualification in their home country that is not recognized in Germany for the so-called "Feststellungsprüfung" (assessment test).

Our language courses at all levels complement the offer and pave the way for applicants to German universities.

To strengthen our administrative team in Düsseldorf, we are currently looking for a Trainee Coordinator in the education sector (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

Course organization for German as a foreign language (DaF) and specialized courses, substitution arrangements, management of the pool of instructors
Coordination and information center, point of contact for students
Initial review of incoming and freelance invoices, managing the cash register
Reservation, taking over contacts from sales, monitoring payment status
Checking lesson documentation

General university entrance qualification or training in the commercial sector (office clerk, tourism clerk, travel agency clerk, foreign language correspondent); studies with a focus on business administration, German studies, DaF, Romance studies or
