Job Description
We are looking for a sales representative to join our IMO Car Wash team in Germany.

The main responsibility of this position is to select, introduce, motivate, advise, and develop car wash operators at assigned locations to ensure that all performance goals of the business plan are met.

The area of responsibility is within the metropolitan regions of Düsseldorf or Cologne.


About this role
Some of the key tasks of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Selecting and training independent car wash operators, as well as being the contact person for organizational and commercial operations.
  • Ensuring that car wash operators focus on operational excellence, including providing excellent customer service and a highquality offering.
  • Training and supporting car wash operators and ensuring a consistently highquality offering for customers.
  • Engaging, interacting, and building relationships with car wash operators.
  • Conducting regular site checks.
  • Monitoring car wash numbers, product mix, and other specific metrics, and taking action as needed.
  • Supporting all departments in the area of daily accounting/prepaid, wash club, and cashless payment.
  • Minimizing uncollectible debts and taking corrective action if necessary.
  • Supporting and collaborating with all other departments as needed.
  • Supporting B2B opportunities, valeting activities, and other additional businesses.
  • Using and familiarizing oneself with the Washclub app.
  • Ensuring that the POS is always uptodate and presentable.
  • Conducting consumption checks.
