Your Task
- Administration of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (XenApp / XenDesktop) environments
- Acceptance and recording of error reports and support requests in a ticket system, technical analysis, error diagnosis and assistance according to ITIL
- Independent implementation of solutions and workarounds with the customer
- If necessary, forwarding to downstream positions
- Maintenance of the central knowledge database
Your Skills
- A completed vocational training in the IT sector or comparable knowledge
- First professional experience from comparable IT projects
- Optional knowledge in the areas of network, Powershell, Active Directory or Office 365
- An independent, solution- and service-oriented way of working as well as teamwork
- Willingness to further education
- Negotiable German and good English skills
