Job Description:


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing educational, developmental, and growth opportunities for children according to the afterschool program's concept
  • Implementing the "Hortbausteine des Landes Brandenburg" (afterschool program guidelines for the state of Brandenburg)
  • Working closely in agile tandems with afterschool program staff and teachers from the "Wilhelm Busch" elementary school
  • Contributing to extracurricular activities and study times at the elementary school
  • Continuous quality development
  • Constructive collaboration with parents/parent representatives, promoting a culture of open feedback

Requirements:


  • Professional qualifications
  • Completed vocational training as a staterecognized educator or childhood educator
  • Personal qualities
  • Strong intrinsic motivation for working with children
