We are currently seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits expert to establish the new regional CoE structure in collaboration with HQ and serve as a consultant to local HR Managers in 23 countries to ensure a seamless transition.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the implementation, design, and analysis of compensation policies and processes, such as salary reviews, bonus calculations, incentive plans, and benefits
  • Maintaining up-to-date Compensation & Benefits policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure compliance with various country laws and Group policies
  • Making recommendations to identify opportunities for improvement in relation to the company's performance, efficiency, or financial status
  • Continuously monitoring internal and external benchmarks to remain competitive in the market
  • Assisting with the implementation of the international mobility program

What we're looking for:

  • Relevant professional experience in the field of compensation and benefits, with some experience in an international setting
  • Commercial apprenticeship or a university degree in business or psychology
  • Fluency in English, with knowledge of German considered a plus
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office
  • A team-oriented individual who is proactive and willing to contribute ideas
