Your tasks:

You coordinate and monitor appointments in the rental contract management (production and logistics buildings, branches and other properties with external tenants)
The satisfaction of the tenants is important to you as an internal service provider
You support the department and team management in organizational and administrative matters such as obtaining quotes, evaluations and statistics
You enjoy inspecting properties and documenting them
You ensure that annual maintenance and safety inspections are carried out on the respective properties and their relevant equipment
You coordinate the commissioning of repair and maintenance orders with service providers

Your profile:

During your commercial apprenticeship (industrial clerk or similar), you have preferably already gained experience in property management
You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
You have a structured and service-oriented way of working, combined with communication skills and team spirit
You are willing to travel within Germany (day trips, possibly with an overnight stay)
