We are currently seeking a motivated Purchaser (m/f/d) for an employer in the heart of Nuremberg, Germany.

The company operates in the exciting field of medical technology and is an innovative developer of high-tech medical devices, currently employing 700 people.

This is a permanent position that will be filled through direct placement.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Procurement of technically demanding components, trade goods, nonproduction materials, and services
  • Implementation of procurement and cost reduction strategies
  • Selection and evaluation of national and international suppliers
  • Management of projects in process optimization
  • Close collaboration with adjacent departments

  • Knowledge of contract law and cost reduction strategies
  • Proficiency in SAP is desirable
  • Negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Fluent in English
  • Reliable, structured, and qualityconscious work style
