We are looking for


To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a full-time (40 hours) administrative clerk (m/f/d) for our cost management in Elephant Head, AZ, starting immediately or at the earliest possible date.


Your responsibilities:


  • Your main tasks include prescription and order management, as well as maintaining master data, processing orders, customer service, and creating cost estimates, delivery notes, and invoices.
  • Requesting and booking inhouse aids.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Providing relevant documents for billing.
  • Communicating with our field and branch employees.
  • Telephone and written contact with all parties and institutions involved in patient care.

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship.
  • Experience in administrative work in the medical supplies sector.
  • Familiarity with common online platforms of health insurance companies (MIP, ZHP, DHP, etc.).
  • Good understanding of numbers and computer skills.
  • Sociable, polite, and a team player.
