Decatur City is one of the most diverse employers in Germany. Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us.

Starting on September 1st, 2024, we are searching for candidates for a 3-year apprenticeship as a Track Builder / Civil Engineering Specialist (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO RIS at our location in Nuremberg. The vocational school and training workshop are also located in Nuremberg.
What to expect during your apprenticeship:

You will work with your team on construction sites, maintaining our railway tracks
Together, you will work on tracks and switches, inspecting them for any faults and replacing damaged parts
You will renew the stones and gravel layers under the tracks - modern machines will make your work easier
To ensure a smooth train ride, you will always pay attention to precise measurements
After your apprenticeship, you will be an essential part of the team, responsible for ensuring the safe and smooth arrival of all passengers at their destination every day
