Responsibilities:

  • Your responsibilities include developing a comprehensive portfolio strategy, designing and fine-tuning processes and strategies in the field of portfolio management within an agile framework.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product roadmaps align with company goals and have stakeholder approval.
  • Together with various stakeholders, you will support the planning of new initiatives, prioritization, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • You will keep track of project progress, create reports, and communicate your results.
  • By using KPIs, you will create transparency and support management in decision-making regarding the implementation of new portfolio initiatives.
