Your responsibilities:

  • Processing and managing customer orders
  • Production control (in ERP system)
  • Calculation and preparation of offers
  • Creating delivery notes and invoices
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Supporting new customer acquisition
  • Managing administrative tasks related to repairs
  • Coordinating clarifications between customers and production

Your profile:

  • Completed technical or commercial education (ideally in electronics)
  • Experience in order processing/production control
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems
  • Proficient in using office software
  • Good written and spoken English
