Position Overview

  • Follow instructions from the field supervisor for the installation of millwork materials.
  • Collaborate with other installers to execute the installation of millwork products as per assignments and training.
  • Adhere to manufacturer directions and warranty guidelines during product installation.
  • Keep track of time and materials used for each installation project.
  • Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and promptly report any issues to the field supervisor.
  • Operate all equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Abide by all company policies and procedures.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Participate in all training sessions to stay updated on new building materials technology and installation techniques as directed by location management.
  • Gain knowledge and expertise by cross-training in various areas.
  • Maintain situational awareness in the work environment to produce accurate and damage-free results.
  • Adhere to the Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the field supervisor or location management.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**

  • Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum experience required: 1 year in installing millwork products.
  • Essential skills: Proficiency in reading and using a measuring tape and other necessary tools for complete installation.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with the ability to provide and follow detailed instructions.
  • Physical demands include walking across yards, plants, and offices, regularly lifting 50 pounds, and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds. Climbing to significant heights on ladders or working in confined spaces may be required.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
