    Glova Link Transportation is located in Santa Fe Springs, Glova Link is looking for a Full Time Sales Rep position Experience is not required We have 30+ Units with 20+ years of Trucking looking to grow with you. Give it a try

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    • Cultivate and grow geographic territory through consistent new business development and organic growth of current accounts.
    • Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers in various departments and at various levels through live interaction in a geographic territory.
    • Promote new and under-utilized service offerings, matching said service with customer needs.
    • Negotiate fair market prices at acceptable profit levels through collaboration with customers and internal pricing analysts.
    • Effectively onboard new customers through a thorough explanation of services, pricing, expectations, and support mechanisms.
    • Must validate service provided to current customers meets internal and external expectations. Communicate potential gaps in operational resources to improve, meet, and exceed expectations.
    • Keep customers informed of internal and market changes including adjustments to terms and conditions, speed of service, and price.
    • Determine and effectively communicate customer requirements to operational support during onboarding, including equipment needs, hours of operation, and the like.
    • Keep a record of your daily activities in the CRM provided.
    • Be aware of and effectively address all customer concerns.
