We are seeking a highly motivated Manager HR Germany (m/w/d) to join our Human Resources team in Meiningen or Munich. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources and be a member of the global HR leadership team.

As Manager HR Germany (m/w/d), you will lead and develop the German HR team at multiple locations in Germany. You will provide input for optimizing our highly digitalized HR system, continuously develop and refine HR processes and policies, and ensure HR compliance. Additionally, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of daily HR tasks throughout the entire employee lifecycle at our locations in Germany.
