Description

We are looking for a Service Advisor (m/f/d) to join our team in full-time at our car dealership in Lindau.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Advising customers on the scope, duration, and cost of repairs
  • Ensuring the promised appointment is secured/workshop scheduling
  • Arranging for parts to be available
  • Creating the order in the computer system
  • Providing a replacement vehicle or organizing customer mobility
  • Making necessary arrangements with the responsible person in the workshop
  • Ensuring the required quality of work through test drives and, if necessary, recording defects
  • Final inspection on the lift
  • Completing the invoice, taking into account warranty and goodwill cases
  • Explaining the work carried out and, if necessary, free additional services and handing over the invoice
