YOUR IMPACT - YOUR ROLE

As the Category Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing the Specialty Cleaning category in Denton, NC, driving its growth, and ensuring its success within the market.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will manage all aspects of the category, from strategic planning and execution to customer acquisition and partner management.

About your tasks:

Source partners and launch Specialized Cleaning services in all major cities in Denton, NC, using the playbook already successful in Berlin, while considering the unique characteristics necessary for success in new cities (e.g. pricing in Munich may differ greatly from pricing in Berlin).
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets and enhance the service offering.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new features or enhancements.
Manage relationships with professional partners and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute marketing strategies that drive category awareness and adoption.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed objectives.
Handle budgeting and forecasting for the category, optimizing costs while maximizing revenue.
Provide leadership and direction as the CEO of your Category, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
