I am 30 years old and feeling out of shape. I practice climbing twice a week, play soccer once a week, and if I have enough energy, I go for a run.

I would like to improve my flexibility, energy levels, and lose abdominal fat. My upper body and legs are in good shape, but I have never been to a gym before. I used to prefer training with my own body weight, but I am currently lacking motivation.

I have a room that I turned into a home gym during the pandemic, with a workout tower and other equipment.

I would like to learn how to make the most out of what I have and also receive guidance on nutrition.
