Exit 4 Food Hall is the only food hall in Westchester with 9 food stations. If you have a passion for food this might be a great place to show your talent. We are open 7 days per weeks.


Responsibilities include:
Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items

Collaborate with the chef and Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours

Maintain accurate station food inventories

Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures

Rotate stock items as per established procedures

Make salads and sandwiches

Work with team

Ensure that the food area is cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift

Work open and close shifts


REQUIREMENTS:


  • 1+ years' experience as a Line Cook or food prep
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Dedicated to food quality and control
  • Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
  • Good customer service skills
  • Must be fluent is English
