Responsibilities
  • Transfection/infection of mammalian cells
  • Expression and purification of proteins on a laboratory scale
  • Characterization of antigens
  • Molecular biology work with antibodies/antibody fragments, particularly cloning of VH/VL domains and creation of antibody libraries
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent education as a BTA/MTA/biological laboratory assistant with a focus on cell biology, molecular biology, and/or biochemistry
  • Solid knowledge in the field of molecular and cell biology methods, particularly in the mentioned areas of responsibility
  • Ideally 3 years of experience in an industrial environment or in the field of applied and translational research
  • Interest in biological questions
  • Enjoyment of working in a team
  • Good knowledge of MS Office software (
