Inside Sales/ Sales Support Employee (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Creation and maintenance of customer and CHGrelated shopping carts and catalogs
Processing and, in some cases, initiating orders for leasing goods for our customers, including checking specified requirements
Checking (leasing) incoming invoices for completeness and eligibility for leasing
Standardized and, if necessary, customerspecific recording of hardware, software, and services from (leasing) incoming invoices, as well as (leasing) credit note offsetting
Participation in coordination, consultation, and shaping of purchasing processes for our national and international customers (under the lead of Service Delivery, Sales, or Internal Sales)
Written and verbal correspondence with suppliers, customers, and internal departments (e.g. Internal Sales, Tax, Accounting, Service Delivery)

Your qualifications

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Ideally, first professional experience with customeroriented project management in the IT sector
Independent, responsible, and structured work in complex customer projects
Proficient in common MS Office programs, ideally experience with MS TEAMS
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Serviceoriented mindset, team spirit, and initiative
