Inside Sales/ Sales Support Employee (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Creation and maintenance of customer and CHGrelated shopping carts and catalogs
  • Processing and, in some cases, initiating orders for leasing goods for our customers, including checking specified requirements
  • Checking (leasing) incoming invoices for completeness and eligibility for leasing
  • Standardized and, if necessary, customerspecific recording of hardware, software, and services from (leasing) incoming invoices, as well as (leasing) credit note offsetting
  • Participation in coordination, consultation, and shaping of purchasing processes for our national and international customers (under the lead of Service Delivery, Sales, or Internal Sales)
  • Written and verbal correspondence with suppliers, customers, and internal departments (e.g. Internal Sales, Tax, Accounting, Service Delivery)

Your qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Ideally, first professional experience with customeroriented project management in the IT sector
  • Independent, responsible, and structured work in complex customer projects
  • Proficient in common MS Office programs, ideally experience with MS TEAMS
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Serviceoriented mindset, team spirit, and initiative
