YOUR TASKS

We are looking for a (junior) People & Culture Manager (m/f/d) with the ambition to shape and support the HR department in order to make RobCo Europe's leading company for automation solutions in the SMB sector. With a financing of > 50 million euros from renowned VCs such as Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed, as well as top business angels such as Daniel Dines and Torsten Reil, we are well positioned to realize our vision.

  1. Recruiting: Support in recruiting talented professionals by writing job advertisements, screening applications, and participating in job interviews.
  2. Onboarding: Design and implementation of onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth start in the company.
  3. Employee Support: Point of contact for employees in all HR-related matters, support in conflict resolution, and promotion of a positive work environment.
  4. Performance Management: Support in the implementation and execution of performance evaluations, as well as development of measures to improve performance.
  5. Employee Retention: Development and implementation of measures to promote employee retention and engagement, including employee events and programs.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed degree in business administration, psychology, human resource management, or a comparable qualification
