At our 3 German production sites, we process and refine air-dried potatoes, vegetables, herbs, fruits, and produce convenience products (such as soups, sauces, broths, and desserts) tailored to the needs of various customer groups in the food processing industry, food retail, and food service at a high level of quality.

As a supplier to the food processing industry and bulk consumers, we hold a leading market position.

The goal of our apprenticeship program is to train and develop young talent in a friendly and motivated team through challenging and diverse tasks.

Your challenges and core training points:
Setting up, controlling, operating, and monitoring production equipment Identifying disruptions in production processes Taking measures to ensure process flows Cleaning, maintaining, and servicing production equipment Creating documentation of process and quality-related data Our requirements: A good secondary school leaving certificate Enthusiasm for technology and food PC skills are an advantage Teamwork skills Enjoyment of work What you should know: Vocational school takes place in block modules at the state vocational school in Neumünster We offer you a very good 2-year apprenticeship program Interesting and diverse tasks in a small team Enjoyment of work Trusting training relationship Collegial
