Leadership role in San Saba, TX - Shape the development of an innovative transportation network.


Your responsibilities:

  • With your team of 18 employees, you are responsible for implementing the tasks of the Zweckverband (joint association)
  • You maintain close cooperation with the responsible parties of the Bautzen, Görlitz and Görlitz city districts and contribute to the further development and improvement of public transportation in the Oberlausitz-Niederschlesien region
  • You drive the development of crossborder projects with Poland and the Czech Republic and address the mobility challenges of the future due to demographic changes
  • You are committed to customeroriented public relations and have the competence to confidently represent the company at all levels

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in transportation or a comparable qualification and possess extensive knowledge in the field of public transportation
  • You have adequate experience and skills to competently lead the company
  • You are a resilient pragmatist with a drive for shaping and have a keen eye for the essentials, able to inspire employees towards common goals
  • You are characterized by diplomatic skills, strong communication abilities, and a willingness to explore new paths
