Responsibilities:
- Secretarial tasks for the sales manager
- Correspondence within the sales organization and with customers
- Preparation of sales meetings and customer events
- Support with monthly closing tasks and budget planning
- Statistics for sales management, field sales and customers
- Travel planning
- Documentation and presentations for sales management
Profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Very good knowledge of office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
- Organized work style and the ability to prioritize tasks and work steps
- Good English skills and very good German skills in spoken and written form
