Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Associate 2 works as a part of Operation HQ to contribute to implementing ERP processes to increase efficiencies while ensuring Company's Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) is properly followed.

This job includes performing a range of design, testing, deployment, and maintaining general and specific Oracle system developments.

This position needs to be thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of the company's operation flows, processes and practice to create and maintain documents such as written SOPs and procedure manuals.

Supply Chain Associate 2 improves the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection and analysis and also involves Company's Project management.


Essential Job Functions:


  • Troubleshoot ERP system issues that are reported by branch. When necessary, serve liaison between users and software techs.
  • Test when new developments, patches, software upgrades, become available by creating scenarios and coordinate the test to verify/validate result.
  • Help branches by answering their questions and providing solutions about their issues for both system and workflows.
  • Create and modify SOPs and other supporting documents, such as manuals to aid branch operation.
  • Maintain and keep ERP Portal current to make sure all saved materials are current.
  • Train branch users by designing/conducting session.
  • Attend scheduled meetings and actively share information, improvement plans and observation.
  • Support Operation HQ Managers in business process improvements, implementing best practice and fully utilize ERP system.
  • Collect information from branches and prepare data, reports, charts and matrix.
  • Assist with internal and external auditors regarding Oracle system and operation procedures.
  • Provides project status and other reports to his/her manager.
  • Recommends new features or changes on system or operation workflow based on user feedback.
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the core values and mission of Operation HQ.
  • Collect data on supply chain operations and analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and execute company's projects to enhance supply chain operations.
  • Measure supply chain performance and report to management.
  • Work with the procurement, logistics and IT departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned.
