For our client, a cultural institute based in Munich, we are currently looking for a Recruiting Clerk (m/f/d) to support the team on a full-time basis.

The position is available immediately as part of temporary employment.


Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the entire recruiting process in collaboration with the departments

Processing and posting job advertisements

Supporting annual personnel rounds

Preparing personnel measures for co-determination with the works council

Determining salary levels according to collective bargaining agreements (TVöD)

Managing contracts and the hiring process in full


Your qualifications:

You have completed training as an office clerk (m/f/d), personnel specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification

Professional experience in the field of personnel management and good knowledge of labor law

Good MS Office skills, ideally with knowledge of TVöD

Extensive experience with SAP HCM

Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken

Teamwork, organizational skills, and a friendly demeanor

High motivation and customer service orientation
