Commercial Clerk (m/f/d)

Part-time at our location in Cologne


Your tasks:


  • As a Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) in the area of accounts receivable/payable accounting and inventory management, you will be responsible for maintaining, reconciling, and managing accounts
  • Whether it's checking and booking incoming payments, clarifying open items, or handling reminders you are the right contact person (m/f/d) for this
  • You will also be responsible for preparing credit limit releases, processing complaints, and assisting with the annual financial statements
  • You will also take care of maintaining material master data and entering orders

Your qualifications:


  • The basis for this position is a commercial education or several years of professional experience in the accounting field
  • Experience with common MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, as well as with the SAP R/3 module is desirable
  • You bring a high level of commitment, resilience, flexibility, and teamwork
