JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our BDC Representatives will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, internet inquiries, make outbound calls and setting appointments for the store
- Following up on all unsold customers, and any special requests to be sure that all customer
- Following up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
- Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no show customers.
- Prospect followup calls, set appointments for sales.
Requirements:
- Customer service oriented
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work each day
- Flexible scheduleBDC and sales experience a major plus but not requiredAutomotive industry experience not required. If you have experience in cell phone provider sales, cruise lines, real estate, help desks, direct marketing, call center, etc. is preferred.
Must speak English fluently including writing and grammar skills and speak Spanish.
Compensation is hourly plus:

- 8 hour shift
- 40 hour work weeks
- 5day work week
- Must work some Day shift and Night shift
Weekdays and Weekends: - Every other Sunday off
Experience:
Sales Experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Automotive
BDC:
1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Spanish (preferred)
Pay:
$50, $90,000.00 per year
